Can you believe it is already February? How does it happen? Where do the days go? My mother always told me that the older you get the faster it goes, and that when you have children, it goes even faster - I have to admit, she was right on both counts! No surprise there, she's right about most things! I suppose it's no surprise that everything flies by us - I don't know one person who actually takes time to slow down long enough to savor or enjoy what's happening on a daily basis. Between jobs, family, bills, pets, and a myriad of other responsibilities that we've burdened ourselves with - either necessarily or unnecessarily - there's never a moment to spare. It's definitely an area I need to improve in!

ryone has been asking about the house and how it's coming - so I'm attaching a few more pictures. I can honestly say I had NO idea how many decisions were going to have to be made in order to get this house built. I should have known, but I guess it just didn't register. It's exhausting - and I'll be glad when it's finished! We're still supposed to be in by no later than mid-July - we're hoping for the end of June! Keep your fingers crossed!
